【Philosophy】
Anthropology is the foundation of all of my work. While studying anthropology—biological anthropology, archaeology, and cultural anthropology—at a college in the United States, I encountered Aikido.
Since then, the anthropological question of “What does it mean to be human?” has shaped everything I do. It influences
my photography, my Aikido instruction, my practice of Eastern medicine, and my understanding of “Qi.” These disciplines are not separate to me; they are part of one integrated view of human
life.
By combining a photographer’s eye for human nature with the clinical perspective of an Eastern medicine practitioner, I
help people explore structure, movement, and bioenergy in a practical and embodied way, I offer a unique approach to balancing and aligning the body.
Today, I am working internationally as an “Aiki Consultant,” sharing these integrated principles through Aikido instruction and seminars.
South America Tour:
Taught and traveled through South America, visiting São Paulo (Brazil), Santiago (Chile), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Asunción (Paraguay) and (Bogota) Colombia.
